Seattle's Designer Bakery
This smorgasbord of a cake starts with a light rye bread. The first layer has a generously spread smoked salmon, dill paté and a layer of English cucumbers. The next level up has a thick layer of avocado, chick pea salad and egg salad. The whole cake is covered in a goat cheese, cream cheese, sour cream schmear; garnished with lemon, radish, parsley, chives and smoked salmon.
We have an exciting addition to our cake selection. Gåsebryst (goose breast) cake is a traditional scandinavian dessert. Puff Pastry on the bottom, a layer of raspberry filling, then custard and whipped cream covered by a layer of marzipan.
